I contacted Ms. Yovanna Vargas to assist with my wife's Adjustment of Status (AOS) process, work authorization, and Advanced Parole permission after her K1 Visa was approved. I did not feel comfortable attempting to navigate the many steps and procedures myself to successfully achieve my wife's AOS. I placed my trust in Ms. Vargas and her team and it was absolutely the best decision I could've made. The process is well underway and per USCIS tracking the AOS is only a few short months away from completing.
